Utility Information
Renters: Make arrangements for renter’s insurance before occupancy. Contact utility companies and have them placed in your name effective on your move-in date. Bring cashier’s check or money order for the first month's rent to our office when you collect the keys.
Landlords: Contact utility companies and order final reading for your renter's move-in date, but no later than 3 days after your new your renter's move-in. If you have a homeowner’s insurance policy, contact your insurance agent to ensure it is a Landlord's (Dwelling) policy.

Driver's License and Car Registration
State law requires you to purchase a Florida license plate within 10 days of becoming a legal resident, becoming employed, or placing your children in public school. Proof of insurance must be shown.
A Florida driver’s license is required within 30 days of becoming employed, entering children in school, registering to vote, filing for homestead exemption, or becoming a resident of Florida.
